q. What is the best way to contact you during Rendezvous Week?
a. Our staff can be quite busy during Rendezvous Week, so the best way to contact us is by calling our office at (867) 667-2148 or by emailing us at info@yukonrendezvous.com. Sending social media messages is not recommended.

 

q. Are Rendezvous programs, schedules, & ads 100% accurate?
a. All programs, schedules, and ads are accurate at the time of posting. For the most up-to-date information, please regularly check this page, our social media accounts, and yukonrendezvous.com/2023-festival.


q. Do children require a guardian to stay with them at Rendezvous? 
a. All children must be accompanied by a guardian at all times while attending Rendezvous, including at the KIDSFEST Outdoor Zone and during the Sunday Funday Kids' Concert & Activities.


q. Is Rendezvous free to attend?
a. While some events are ticketed, the majority of Rendezvous events are free to attend. More details about ticketed events as well as event pre-registration will be added over the coming weeks.


q. How do I register for contests?
a. Contests that require pre-registration can be signed up for online at yukonrendezvous.com/2023-festival.

q. How does the Open Snowpad work?
a. During the Open Snowpad, folks can take a turn at Axe Throw, Chainsaw Chuck, or Log Toss without having to wait for a specific time slot to compete in each event. Categories are Womens, Mens, and Open. Open Snowpad can be registered for at the event and on-site applications will close at the discretion of the event coordinator.
